Hey everyone, I have a 2016 Mustang GT and want to install O/R X-pipe. I know all if I install an O2 sensor spacer/extender, it will prevent a CEL/DTC, but Im unsure if I'd still need a tune even if there's no CEL/DTC and would appreciate advice.

On the 2010 and 2011 Touring bikes, Harley changed the O2 sensor. These bikes have a heated Delphi 4 wire narrow band O2 sensors. All the other Harleys have a 2-wire Bosch narrow band O2 sensor. The other obvious difference is the size of the sensor. The Delphi sensor is a 12mm thread and the Bosch is a more conventional 18mm thread sensor.

Anyway, I took out the exhaust manifold while doing the transmission job, and I thought it would be a good time to change the front O2 sensor (Or A/F sensor if you call it that way). The one I ordered was Denso 234-9015. I searched this forum and found this is the one for my car (03 N/A). Amazon also indicated this is the right part.
You can get the donut gasket at any dealership, they are cheap. You should have one on your stock header if you don't know what they look like. And yes, you space the second o2 sensor (the one farther downstream in the exhaust), since it is the one monitoring catalyst efficiency.
